Brother Crosby II has attended Union Pentecostal Church since he was 6 years old. His father, Elder Robert Clifton Crosby I, became Pastor of the church in 1987.

Brother Crosby II was called to preach in 1996.

Brother Crosby II became the Associate Pastor of the church in 2003.
